At FaisCare, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, our refund and return policy ensures a smooth process.

1. Refund Eligibility

• Products eligible for refund: defective items, incorrect items received

• Refunds are not available for change of mind

2. Refund Request Period

• You may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order

• Requests must include proof of purchase and photos of the item (if defective)

3. Returns & Shipping

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective

• Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging

4. Exchanges
